7-1. Basics of creating images
① Capture images so that the inspected item is at the center of the image. Or use pre-processing to trim the image data.
② If the inspected object is too small, precision of the AI model will decline, so ensure that the inspected object appears large in the image.
If the anomalous part is small, segment the image and set so the anomalous part is larger.
7-2. Images with high anomaly detection precision
Images with high anomaly detection precision have the following three elements. Create images with an awareness of these three characteristics.
① Ensure that the anomaly appears large in the image.
② Ensure the image has high repeatability (position, color, shape)
③ Increase the number of anomalous images
